LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR

The duties of a construction inspector include observing the work being performed and determining it if meets contract documents. Continuous training is an important aspect of a career in Construction Inspection.

Ongoing training leads to cutting edge innovation, technology, processes, and procedures to make a better project for our clients and a safer environment for ourselves. RIG provides multiple opportunities for career development. From internal programs like “RIG U” to client programs like Winter School, RIG encourages our team members furthering their industry and field knowledge. Training, certifications, and informative work-item-specific training are necessary for staff members to qualify for additional inspector classifications. RIG’s management staff tracks these development opportunities and works with each team member to register them for the programs.
